| GalactoKidz.com is a virtual “space-world” for players 6 to 14 years old, designed to be a safe haven promoting creativity, offering arcade style and educational games, and allowing interaction with “alien” friends. |

| How does the GalactoKidz.com site work? |
| Players create an alien avatar and live on board the “Mother Ship” in a personal “PicoPod”. Players explore the ship and space together; participation in creative and gaming activities earns the player “Gazingos” - online “money” used to enrich the player’s experience, customize avatar clothing, and build a super-cool PicoPod. Players can also make friends, chat, send messages and virtual gifts, and learn the basics of social networking. The world is in constant development, with new features and games added regularly. Some features, such as purchasing Gear and customizing the experience are reserved for Premium Members. |

| How do I know the GalactoKidz.com site is safe? |
| We put an extreme emphasis on safety, taking every reasonable measure to prevent bullies, criminally irresponsible adults, and advertisers from interacting with your child. As the online world is constantly changing and new functions, challenges, and limitations develop at light-speed, we also have measures in place so that you, as a parent, may take an active role in monitoring your child’s experience and report even questionable activities. Additionally, we are always looking for ways to increase safety on the site and are open to new ideas and suggestions! |

| b. | Offensive language is prohibited on the site. Punitive measures are in place to deter offenders, and repeat offenders will earn temporary suspensions and/or a lifetime ban form the site. |
| c. | Provide an easy and anonymous means for any player to report offensive language and bullying |
| d. | All chats are permanently archived, spot-checked, and reviewed by staff; all “reports” are logged by our custom software and then verified by staff. |

We provide a Parent’s Portal: As a parent, you will be able to review all chats and messages that your child has sent. If anything looks questionable, simply Contact Us and we can send you a transcript of the complete conversation. Reporting offensive activity is always welcome. |
| f. | At the time that a report is verified by staff, an email is immediately sent to the offender’s parent or guardian, complete with the message archive and penalty details. |

Parents may rest assured that their children are on a secure site, free from third-party advertising and dangerous “click-able” ad space which will often lead children away from the game sites on which parents have “approved” their children to play. For children, the site is an ever-expanding world that teaches math, science, reading, creative writing, logic, keyboard skills, art, and is, most importantly – FUN! Through the process of earning and spending Gazingos in their personal account, they also learn practical math skills and money management. |
